We're seeing restored services to Guidelines Sites and Dashboards, but we're continuing to monitor traffic and error rates. We'll report back with any significant updates, and when all sites and platforms are running smoothly.

Update

While the issue is still affecting major parts of the Amazon AWS network and our hosting provider, we are investigating alternative routes to restore Guidelines Sites and the Dashboard. We'll continue to update this page as we resolve this outage.

Identified

The Guidelines Dashboard and Sites are currently offline. We're working on restoring services as soon as possible. There is now a major outage across numerous cloud providers, with many online services currently offline.
